Q. I submitted my ad but I don't see it on the website. Where is it?
A. Please allow up to 24 hours for your ad to appear. All ads are moderated and must be approved by an administrator before they are posted. Occasionally it may take longer during very busy periods of the year. Thank you for your patience. Q. I can't get my ad to go through. What am I doing wrong? A. Most likely this is a picture issue. If you are trying to upload a picture with your ad please make sure it does not exceed 600 x 600 pixels and is less than 60 kilobytes in file size. Q. I included my email with my ad but people can't reach me or I can't reach them by email. A. Our email function within the ad system is currently down. Please make sure to include your email within the ad text if you would like to be contacted that way. Or make sure you include a phone number. We hope to have this issue fixed soon. Q. I sold my item! How can I remove my ad from the website? A. You may contact the KHAS-TV Webmaster and we will remove it asap. Q. I have a problem not listed here. Or I need to report an ad in violation of the rules. Who do I contact? A. You may contact the KHAS-TV Webmaster. |
