The Nebraska State Taxidermists Association is holding their 27th Annual Show in Grand Island at the Mid-town Holiday Inn. The show will run from Friday, June 3rd through Sunday, June 5th. Competitors from both in and out of state bring their mounted animal works of art to compete for ribbons and awards as well as to be critiqued by professional judges in various categories.
Return to event list.The showroom will be open to the public on Sunday, June 5th from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. with a minimal fee charged for admission. The admission fee is waived with the purchase of a raffle ticket at the door (for a $1,500 Cabela's gift card) and the raffle drawing will be held Sunday, June 5th. While we can't open the show room all 3 days due to the ongoing competition, we do hope to see you on Sunday, June 5th between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the GI Mid-town Holiday Inn while you stroll through our temporary museum of wildlife artistry at its finest! |
