Linda was initially diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in 2001. The tumor persistently returns despite having four surgeries, radiation, and chemotherapy treatments.
Return to event list.In 2007 Linda resigned from her job at the Farm Service Agency in Kearney, a job she performed for the last 30 years. Side effects from the cancer made it difficult continue her position there. As anyone might imagine, this has taken a serious toll on both her and her family financially. Friends and family will be having a free will offering dinner, silent auction, and raffle for a quilt to help offset the medical and travel costs the family will continue to accumulate.
