Internationally-acclaimed Celtic fingerstyle guitarist Jerry Barlow is returning to Hastings Publid Library for a special concert. This will be Barlow’s third performance at the library where he always packs a full house. Sponsored by the Friends of the Hastings Public Library, the concert is free and open to the public.
