The Mennonite and Brethren in Christ churches of Nebraska and Colorado invite you to discover the many opportunities for enjoyment of food, entertainment, and gathering of friends and neighbors while helping the needy of the world. Friday events will start at 4:00 pm with craft and priced foods (bake sale) booths open. You will also be able to view the more than 100 quilts that will be sold on Saturday. A soup supper will run from 4:00-7:30 pm featuring homemade soups, bread, jellies, and pies. Area musicians will share their talents starting at 7:00 pm and at 7:00 pm the Friday night auction will begin. Saturday’s activities start at 6:30 am with a pancake, eggs, and sausage breakfast, which will run until 9:00 am. Following the breakfast, two separate auctions will take place; one focuses on quilts and the other on crafts and various items. An art auction starts at 10:00 am, with a children’s auction beginning at 11:00 am. From 11:00 am-1:30 pm special meals of Verenika, Windsor Loin, and BBQ chicken will be served. There are also many other food booths on site. Children’s activities are available both days and include games and activities, a children’s auction, making school kits for World Relief, and much more!
