In consideration of Hoak Media of Nebraska, LLC (KHAS-TV) furnishing to me the news Report(s) I have requested pursuant to this News Dub Request, I hereby acknowledge and recognize KHAS-TV’s copyright on the Report and will abide by all rules, regulations and statutes regulating the use and copyright information. I agree that the Report will only be used for home use and will not be used for any commercial purpose, political purpose, promotional purpose, or as evidence in any proceeding, court of law or administrative hearing. I agree that I will not copy, edit or alter the Report.

I further agree to defend, indemnify and hold Hoak Media of Nebraska, LLC harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in any manner related to my use of the Report or any use of the Report by a third party to whom I provide the Report.
