Voter fraud reported in Omaha
This election 2012 in Nebraska hasn't gone on without some issues. Both parties are alleging forms of voter fraud in Omaha.
We begin with the Nebraska Democratic Party. According to Nebraska Watchdog, the party says in at least two different precincts, voters were given ballots that had already been marked for Republicans Mitt Romney and Lee Terry. Bob Kerrey's campaign has received reports of high use of provisional ballots in Ward 2. GOP Chairman Mark Fahleson says someone is trying to suppress votes all right. Republican votes. He says calls went out to Republicans Tuesday telling them they'd already voted and didn't need to show up to vote. News 5 will continue to monitor this developing story. |
