Asian Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients:

Meatballs:

2 lbs Ground Smart Chicken
1 egg white
3 green onions, finely chopped
Couple cloves garlic, chopped
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Soy sauce

Dipping Sauce

1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp fresh ginger
1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
Minced garlic
Dash of red pepper flakes
5 spice powder
1 Lime - juice and zest
Fresh cilantro



In a bowl, gently break up chicken. Add egg white, green onion, chopped garlic (add as much as you like). Add pinch of red pepper flakes. Add a couple shots of soy sauce. Mix everything together by hand.

Mold meat mixture into small balls and roll in corn starch.

Drizzle skillet with cooking oil and gently brown meatballs at low to medium heat. Remove, place on baking sheet and cook in 350 degree oven for no more than 10 minutes.

For dipping sauce: Whisk all ingredients except cilantro together. Add fresh cilantro and serve.
