Grilled Sauerkraut & Brats

Ingredients:

2 lb bag of fresh sauerkraut
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 bottle Guiness beer

Bratwursts
Horseradish

Pour sauerkraut into large pot. Use a pot that can handle the high heat of a grill. Add brown sugar and Guiness. Combine.

Simmer at medium-high heat on grill for half an hour. Remove from heat and let sit and cool for an hour.

Top grilled bratwursts with horseradish and sauerkraut mixture and serve!
