After and prodding and reminescing for two days, we wrap up our exclusive sit down chat with NU Athletic Director Tom Osborne with a look ahead. Plenty of work changing conferences - Osborne said he wanted it from the start.

But was excited to know that the coaches were on board at an early meeting about a possible Big 10 move.

Then came a second meeting.

"And i was really surprised, 100 percent of the hands rose. 23 head coaches and they all responded in favor. Later on when I realized it was really a strong possibility, we had another meeting and I said okay now how many, and again 100 percent rose their hands so I think they are all excited about it," said Osborne.

Osborne said all sports will benefit from moving to the Big 10.
