An adult entertainment night club was set to open in Minden this month. It created controversy and gave residents plenty to talk about. But, they'll have to find something else to discuss now.

Confessions, the proposed bar, will not open.

The sale of the building located on East 4th Street in downtown Minden fell through.

The all-nude "juice bar" would have occupied the old Station Wireless and Gaming building.

No city ordinances in Minden prohibit an adult entertainment night club.
