The Bartley man charged with the murder of a McCook teenager will spend the rest of his life in jail.

20 year old Stathis Kirkpatrick had pleaded no contest to first degree murder.

Tuesday a Red Willow judge sentenced him to life in prison without parole.

14 year old Kailee Clapp's burned body was found in a Bartley cemetery in January of 2011.

She had been reported missing that morning from her McCook home.
