Blizzard causes accidents, leaves motorists stranded

Wednesday's blizzard caused at least one road fatality. The Hall County Sheriff's office says one vehicle went off of Highway 34 Wednesday afternoon, re-entered the road, and was struck by a semi.

And another accident happened about 2:30 Wednesday afternoon between two pickup trucks on 150th and Highway 30 that sent three people to the hospital.

Both Hall and Adams county officials say they received numerous reports of vehicles stranded and stuck by the side of the road.
