Charges filed in Hastings robbery case
Formal charges have been filed against a 19 year old Hastings man relating to a Sunday afternoon armed robbery.
19 year old Anthony Marino remains in Adams County jail charged with Class 2 robbery. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 24. Police also cited three boys, ages 16, 15, and 13 in the incident at the San Jose Store on East Side Boulevard and 5th St. According to Hastings Police, those suspects have been released from custody due to their ages. Authorities say a handgun was used in that robbery which took place just after 4:00 pm. No shots were fired and there were no injuries. |
