Driver crashes into Grand Island home

A 19-year-old Grand Island driver is hospitalized after his car hit a house Tuesday afternoon.

The crash happened near the intersection of Anna and Cleburn in Grand Island around 4:30.

Two houses were damaged in the crash after the driver lost control of his 1989 Chevrolet.

The driver was still in the hospital Tuesday night with non-life threatening injuries.

And while the crash is still under investigation, police say it's possible the driver was under the influence.
