Entrepreneurs celebrate the spirit of Kool-Aid Inventor Edwin Perkins

Up and coming Nebraska Entrepreneurs celebrated the spirit of kool aid inventor Edwin Perkins. More than 20 businesses displayed their products at the Nebraska Entrepreneur Show during Kool–Aid Days. The products included everything from jewelry to jams to custom mats.
Some businesses are members of Grow Nebraska, others are independent.
"I think that they've seen a lot of different people that they wouldn't see normally we have a lot of families coming back to hastings that haven't lived here for a while so they come back for kool aid days, so it's a big family affair," event organizer Katheryn Haigler said.
This is the first year for the Entrepreneur Show.
