He's one of the most vocal state senators in Nebraska history. Known best for suing God, Ernie Chambers is at it again.

This time he is threatening to "tie up the session" if LB 405, the Governor's bill to eliminate personal and corporate income tax, makes it out of Committee, that's according to Nebraska Watchdog.

Heineman testified before the revenue committee on his proposal Wednesday afternoon.
