A fire in Hastings kept crews busy for a few hours Thursday afternoon. They were called to Kingswood Plaza just after three.

A fire started in this attached garage.

It did not spread to the house, but there is heavy smoke damage.

No one was home at the time.

The fire marshall is being called in to investigate the cause.
