Five Points Bank hosts holiday luncheon
With Christmas just around the corner, one local business is thanking its customers a few weeks early. Hastings Five Points Bank held their 11th annual holiday luncheon for Gold Club members who are 55 years and older.
At least 650 people attended the event held at the Adams County Fairgrounds. The Garden Cafe catered the meal while the Adams Central Stars dance team performed during part of the event. With a presentation, live holiday music, and a slideshow, Hastings Five Points Bank President Terry Anstine says the point of the luncheon is to say thanks. "The biggest thing is just to thank you for them supporting us. We were a start up bank 12 years ago and a lot of these folks were our charter customers. Just to thank you and remind them that we care and we give a little bit back," Anstine said. Terry says they are already looking forward to holding the event next year, but says they may have to expand the seating area. |
