Hall County deputy accused of theft

A deputy in Hall County has been accused of stealing from the county.
Thirty-four year old Kevin Bombeck is under investigation.

Hall County Attorney Mark Young says the case involved theft of funds.
Bombeck obtained somewhere between five hundred $500 and $1500.

He's being charged for felony theft between the months of March and October of 2012.

Sheriff Jerry Watson says he cannot comment on the case due to litigation.

Bombeck is on administrative leave.
