Approve the whole thing. That's the word from Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman when it comes to the Keystone XL pipeline

This comes on the heels of President Obama wanting to fast track the approval of 485 mile section from Oklahoma to Texas.

Heineman's main problem with the original pipeline plan was the route that would have taken the Keystone XL through the Sandhills and near the Ogallala Aquifer.

Now that TransCanada has agreed to alter the route he's all for it.

Heineman added that the project would create jobs and cut down on the country's dependence on the Middle East for oil.
