Kansas man charged in Highway 6 accident

A Kansas man has been arrested and charged with manslaughter in connection to a fatal Hastings crash that happened in this past April.

The crash happened along Highway 6 between Baltimore Avenue and Marion Road.

Forty six year old Victor Allende was arrested earlier this week. The Adams County Attorney says she is also looking at filing charges including following too closely and careless driving.

52-year-old Neal Sahling of Prosser died as a result of the crash.
