The murder trail involving Arkanjelo Kot is in its second day. Kot pleaded not guilty to the first degree murder of Walid Omar Aden back in 2010.

Wednesday in court, witnesses took the stand retelling details about the shooting incident that occurred on the night of July 14th at a Grand Island Pump and Pantry.

One witness claims Kot and the victim were involved in an argument inside the gas station.

Surveillance video played in court showed minutes after the argument Kot approached a vehicle and shot 17 year old Walid Omar Aden.

He later died at St. Francis Medical Center.

If convicted, Kot could face life in prison without parole.
