For the first time since being sworn in as State Senator Les Seiler introduced a bill on day seven.

He sponsored LB 299. That would change political subdivision election provisions.

LB 300 was introduced by Omaha Senator Bob Krist. Under the bill, abortion facilities must provide a link on their web sites to
the DHHS dedicated informed consent for abortion web page.

Finally, LB 314 presented by Senator Mark Christensen of Imperial.
The bill would require escort services to be licensed. It's an effort aimed at stopping what Christensen has called the "adverse secondary effects" of the businesses: prostitution, illicit drug use and drug trafficking to name a few.
