Lincoln man sentenced for possessing child pornography

A Lincoln man will spend six to ten years behind bars for having nude photos of a 14 year old Nebraska girl.

Thirty-four year Old Brian McCarthy pleaded guilty to four counts of Child Pornography.

In three years, McCarthy will be eligible for parole.

He'll be credited 253 days served.

Authorities say McCarty received the pictures of the girl from 14 year old's mother Michelle Randall.

She's been convicted of prostituting out her seven and 14 year old daughters. Her prison sentence totals 170 years.
