Local man arrested on child pornography charges

A 36 year old Hastings man remains behind bars tonight, facing 3 counts of distribution of child pornography.

Matthew Arterburn was arrested after investigators say they found video and pictures on electronic devices he owned.

Arterburn was arrested Saturday and is being held on 100 thousand dollars bond.

Hastings Police Department, the Nebraska State Patrol and the Nebraska Attorney Generals Office all contributed to the investigation.
