Man arrested for alleged assault of stepdaughters

Police arrested a 39 year old Grand Island man Saturday for the alleged sexual assault of his two stepdaughters over the period of several years.

Grand Island Police arrested Linares for allegedly having sex with his 13 year old step daughter over the last five years - a class 1-B felony -
and sexually touching his 9 year old step daughter over the last two -
a class 3-A felony.

Linares denies the allegations.

He remains in Hall County jail Monday morning.
