Man hospitalized after semi collision
One man was taken to the hospital Tuesday afternoon after a rollover accident involving two semis in Adams County. No word on his condition Tuesday night.
But that accident happened around 10:30 Tuesday morning. Sheriff's deputies say two semis collided at the intersection of hwy 281 and hwy 74 in Adams County. One of those semis ended up upside down by the side of 281 in that ditch. That driver was taken to Mary Lanning hospital though the extent of his injuries are unknown at this time. The other driver does not appear to have any injuries. The vehicle turning to go onto 74 failed to yield at the stop sign and pulled out in front of the southbound semi on 281. The vehicles collided there and the vehicle southbound on 281 rolled over injuring the driver. Law enforcement was able to keep traffic flowing in both directions as it cleaned up the debris, however traffic was detoured for several hours during that time. |
