Manure truck causes accident on Highway 34

A manure truck accident left a slippery mess on the Hall-Hamilton Platte River bridge Friday afternoon.

The spill happened on Highway 34.

At least one car lost control on the slick surface and struck the bridge's barrier.

The manure truck was headed east causing that lane to be blocked for about an hour.

It has since been re-opened.
