Saturday night a Nebraska military family and their friends are mourning the death of a fallen Marine. But before the funeral began, Omaha police said a 62–year–old man was arrested on suspicion of spraying mace into a crowd attending the funeral.
Omaha police said that George Vogel was attempting to spray mace at funeral protestors from an industrial size dispenser as he drove past the First United Methodist Church just before the 10:00 funeral service.
A police officer and more than a dozen people were sprayed.
The funeral services for Marine Staff Sgt. Michael Bock were held Saturday morning at the First United Methodist Church in Omaha.
Marine Staff Sgt. Michael Bock was killed on August the 13th while serving his country in Afghanistan.
Bock grew up in Springfield, Nebraska and he spent most of his childhood in living in the state, before he moved to Leesburg Florida while he was still in High School.
Flags were flown at half staff Saturday to honor the memory of Marine Staff Sgt. Michael Bock.
He leaves behind a widow and a 3–year–old son.

Don't you mean Westboro Babtist Church Cult members disrupted funeral of Marine. Ironic that if it weren't for soldier's, past and present, this group wouldn't have even the right to free speech. They are disgusting. Hats off to Mr. Vogel, we need more people like him.

Get the facts strait... Vogel was trying to spray the whacked out demonstration group that was full of kooks and from some church somewhere that were protesting the funeral. George Vogel FTW!
