Missing Grand Island woman found

A Grand Island woman who went missing several weeks ago has been found. The Grand Island Police Department confirmed on Friday
that 22 year old Maria Ventura De LosAngeles returned home.

On January 15th Maria dropped her child off at her sisters near 6th and Sycamore and never returned.

Police say the young woman returned to her home in Grand Island last week and did not cooperate with police.

At this time no charges have been filed for child abuse or neglect.
