As the Huskers took to the field Saturday for the second half, one person was noticeably missing from the sidelines.

Coach Bo Pelini did not rejoin the team after telling reporters at the end of the first half that he wasn't feeling well.

Coach Pelini was taken to a Lincoln hospital by ambulance to be checked out.

The University read a statement from Coach Pelini during a news conference after the game.

"Everything is fine. We ran some precautionary tests and everything checked out just fine," Nebraska Media Relations Director, Keith Mann, read on behalf of Coach Pelini. "I plan to be back at work tomorrow. I'm proud of the team and our coaching staff the way they responded this afternoon."

The Huskers went on to win the game 49-13 against Arkansas State.
