It was a winter celebration at the Hastings Museum Saturday. One of the exhibits is Polar Obsession.

It features 57 images of the world's Polar Regions and their inhabitant's.

The photographs were taken by National Geographic Photographer Paul Nicklen.

Making it's world premiere is Titans of the Ice Age, which takes viewers back in time some 20,000 years to a harsh and beautiful world.

Director Rebecca Matticks says it nice to have combining exhibits like this.

"It's neat because each one piggy backs and gives the same story so that you learn a little bit more from the exhibit and the film," said Matticks.

Polar Obsession will run through March. Titans of the Ice Age will run through the summer.
