It's any parents worst nightmare. A man who dresses up as Santa during the holidays was arrested on suspicion of having child pornography.

Police said they found a Santa suit at the home of 57 year old Daniel Davis.

Police said still and video pornographic images found on Davis' computer were downloaded from the internet.

Court records said he's charged with 8 felony porn counts.

He's in jail pending he makes $50,000 bail.
