Several accidents on I-80 westbound held up traffic Monday morning.
According to the Hall County Sheriff's office and the Nebraska State Patrol icy roads played a role.

Three accidents were reported and happened within minutes of each other near Exits 313 and 314.

A family of four from Colorado, a husband and wife and their two teens were traveling westbound on I-80 when the driver lost control on the river bridge, overcorrected and rolled. That happened around 10:20 am.

Two occupants were transported to Saint Francis Medical center with minor injuries. Seatbelts were used.

Earlier in the morning, another accident at the 314 exit ramp occurred. A twenty-one year old female was driving west bound when she lost control due to the icy roads, hit the guard rail and rolled over. She suffered minor cuts and scrapes.
