Start Over Rover rescues Louisiana dogs

It's going to be a busy couple of days for the crew at Start Over Rover. They're headed to Louisiana Thursday night to rescue a family of abused and neglected dogs.

The pictures from their Facebook page may be disturbing.

They were scheduled to be destroyed because of the amount of care they needed.

When Start Over Rover heard about that, they decided to bring them north and give them second chances.

The mother dog and her seven babies should be back in Hastings Friday to get the care they need and begin the healing process.
