Crime ruled out in Aurora death

Death by natural causes is how the Hamilton County Attorney is ruling the death of an Aurora woman. Her body was found in her home on Tuesday.

However, authorities are investigating a domestic assault at the residence earlier in the day as a separate incident.

The County Attorney says 59 year old Debra Miller was found unresponsive in her home Tuesday afternoon.

Rescue personnel who responded to the home at 1003 M Street determined she had died earlier in the morning.

The autopsy results show her death was from natural causes, but results of a toxicology test won't be available for "some time."

There was a domestic disturbance hours prior to Miller's death. Her husband was arrested for domestic assault. However, the County attorney's office says it does not appear that the assault caused her death.

The incidents are being investigated separately.
