The heart and soul of Adams Central basketball
It's safe to say that the Adams Central Patriots are enjoying a tremendous year thus far on the hardwood.
They're 17-5, with just one more regular season game to go until they make a push in sub-districts and districts hoping to qualify for the state tournament in Lincoln. As with any winning team, there are a multitude of factors that contribute to their success. But for the Patriots, there is one key component who brings it all together, team manager, Matt Wahlmeier. I asked Head Coach, Zack Foster, just how long he anticipated Matt helping out with the program. He told me that as long as he's the coach, Matt is always welcome to be a part of the team.
