Tri-Cities report strong voter turnout
Across the state we've been hearing reports about record voter turnout for the general election. Here in the Tri-Cities, the numbers are pretty impressive.
Unofficial numbers for Adams County show ballots cast totaled at 12,686 with a voter turnout of almost 68 percent (67.88). Turnout in Hall County came in at a total of 62.9 percent with a little over 20,000 ballots cast. As for Buffalo County's unofficial numbers, the total number of ballots cast was 19,357 with a voter turnout of around 69.8 percent. Official results could be available by December 3rd once the state canvas board meets and certifies results. |
