The woman who alleged that she was denied early voting privileges due to her disability had her hearing in front of the Lancaster County Election Commissioner Friday.

The Nebraskans for Civic Reform filed a formal complaint through the Help American Vote Act for Mrs. Fatos Floyd.

Floyd says she was upset because both the election commissioner and the Secretary of State's office said the Automark machines that she could use to vote were unavailable at the same time early voting was available for all voters.
