The Oracle of Omaha was very busy Thursday. Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, along with 3G Capital Management, have purchased H.J. Heinz company - makers of Heinz Ketchup.

The acquisition is worth more than $23 billion dollars.

In a report from CNBC, Buffett claimed he's had a file on Heinz since 1980 and that he still has enough cash to, quote, "bag another elephant."
