Hastings resident, Lola C. Kapustka, 74, of 834 Eastside Boulevard, died Friday, January 25, 2013 at Mary Lanning HealthCare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Rosary will be Tuesday, January 29, 2013; 6:30 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel , Hastings, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, January 30, 2013; 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church, Hastings, Nebraska with Father Joseph M. Walsh. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Memorials may be given to the family. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 29, 2013; 9 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. with family present 5:00 P.M. – 6:30 P.M. at the funeral home.

Lola was born November 10, 1938 in Ada, Oklahoma to Harold & Opal (Bennett) Hall. On August 17, 1959 she married Ernest Kapustka at the Marine Corps Chapel, El Toro, California. Lola was a nurse’s aid at various places, most recently at Mary Lanning HealthCare. She was a member of St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marian Peterson; daughter, Eva Curry; granddaughter, Ashley Curry; sons-in-law, CJ Penner, David Griffin.
