Governor Dave Heineman is scheduled to deliver his annual State of the State Address Tuesday in Lincoln, before embarking on his State of the State Tour across Nebraska.

In his address, the governor is expected to introduce his biennium budget recommendations and identify other goals he has for the state's 103rd legislative session.

Many senators say that no matter what is discussed during the 90-day session it's likely to all revolve around the budget.

"Regardless of what we're talking about whether it's K-12 education or it's roads or the senior buses it all comes down to the budget and taking a look at the budget. Thank goodness the economy's improving; thank goodness the Nebraska farm economy continues to be good," said Senator Mike Gloor.

During his State of the State Tour Tuesday, Heineman will stop in North Platte, Kearney, Grand Island and Norfolk.
