Tools

The ninety day legislative session continued Friday with more bill introductions. About fifty were added to the list Friday including:

· LB118. Which would make texting while driving a primary offense. That means you could be pulled over and cited for it.

· LB130 would eliminate automatic Cash Reserve Fund transfers to other accounts.

· Also LB132, sponsored by Omaha Sen. Jeremy Nordquist, would adopt the Skin Cancer Prevent Act; preventing anyone under the age of 18 from using a tanning bed in Nebraska.

· LB152, sponsored by Fullerton Sen. Annette Dubas, which would change eminent domain negotiations.
