Yet another new coach has been hired at Hastings College, and like Bill Gavers, the most recent hire in men's basketball, he comes from the high school ranks.

Ryan Mahoney from Lincoln Southwest will take over the Bronco track and cross country program after this season for Kendrick Clay.

Coach Mahoney has led Southwest to seven state championships total in track and cross country.
