GICC hosts annual Third City Steak Feed fundraiser

Three of the four Grand Island high schools will come together for "Unity In the Community" as Home Federal's Orv Qualsett said about the annual Third City Steak Feed.

It will happen Saturday at the gym of the GICC Crusaders from 6:00 to 10:00 as they are setting up for this annual fund raiser for the sports teams at GICC, Grand Island high school and Grand Island Northwest.

The price is $20.00.

Items are auctioned off for the benefit of the athletic programs. It is an adult only dinner. No one under 21 will be admitted. It is usually at Fonner Park but GICC will host it for the first time..

Two used cars from local dealerships will also be auctioned off.
It'll be a 2006 Chevy Impala LS and a 2001 Honda Accord the will end up being sold for below their market value.

Other items such as souvenirs will be auctioned off.

Most of the area coaches will be on hand, as well as all 3 athletic directors of the schools.
