Huskers face tough opponent in Ohio State quarterback

Tools

So the new AD has been announced and it comes the day before the Husker football team will be on its way to Columbus for Saturday night's showdown with the Ohio State Buckeyes.

We've talked so much about their quarterback Braxton Miller and we know he's an excellent football player having seen him against the Huskers last season.

So far this year, Braxton is the 2nd leading rusher in the Big 10 with 90 carries for 577 yards and 7 touchdowns.

He has rushed for an average of 115 yards a game. He has thrown 121 passes and compeleted 76 for 933 yards and 8 touchdowns with just 3 interceptions.

First year head coach Urban Meyer knows what kind of weapon he has.

Last season against the Huskers at Memorial Stadium Braxton was 5 of 8 in passing with one touchdown and rushed for 91 yards on 10 carries before being injured and having to leave the game. The Huskers won 34-27, but if Braxton hadn't been hurt Ohio State might have won.
