Bronco football coach looks forward to new season

Hastings Bronco 1st year football coach Tony Harper is excited about the upcoming season and about his new football field. The old turf has been in for a decade ever since the stadium opened in 2000, so it is definitely time for the new carpet.

That new carpet is down, the yard line numbers painted on it and the Bronco logo yet to be created in the middle of the field. That will come next.

The Bronco football team plays its first game on the new carpet September 10th against Dordt.

The defending national champions Hastings Bronco mens soccer team opens its season against Bethel College August 27th.
