They've been the soccer team of the decade in the Great Plains Athletic Conference. And, this week Hastings College is going to see how their squad matches up against a Division 1 team.

The Broncos continue to practice for this upcoming season. They'll scrimmage at Creighton University on Friday.

This is the first time since 2006, the two squads will play each other.
Hastings is this year's preseason pick to win the Great Plains Athletic Conference.

Coach Chris Kranjc's crew has won 10 straight GPAC Conference championships including last year's regular season crown.

The Broncos finished 2009 with a 16–4–3 overall record.

And, a trip to the second round of the NAIA National tournament.
This game against Creighton will be a good measuring stick for the Broncos.

Hastings College opens the regular season up on the road September 4th against Benedictine College.

Previous years in the GPAC, two teams from the Conference received automatic bids for the NAIA National tournament.

But, with Dana College closing, the conference is only sending one team to the tourney.
