It has a chance to be one of the more competitive games in college football Saturday and will be played under the bright Nebraska sunshine.

It will be the Hastings Broncos hosting the Northwestern Red Raiders.
The Broncos started the season the right way with a 33–0 win on the road over Briar Cliff. They'll return home to face what seems like a much tougher foe.

While the Broncos were having no trouble in this one with the Chargers, the Red Raiders played tough against the defending national champion Sioux Falls Cougars before falling 41–24..

Northwestern leads the all–time series 11–10. They've won the last three meetings between the teams including the most recent one, 31–7 at Lloyd Wilson Field.

The Bronco last win in the series came in 2004 by the score of 20–14.
